Gluster is offered on an annual subscription basis. Subscriptions are priced per storage server with no limit on attached storage capacity. There are three tiers of subscriptions so you can select the offering that best meets your company’s needs. Elite subscriptions are available for customers looking for custom options tailored to the specific needs of their organization. Subscribers can also purchase additional professional services for installation, advisory support, or customized services.

Choosing the Subscription that is Right for You

Elite Subscriptions are designed for large enterprises looking to create a subscription with customized options tailored to the specific needs of the organization. Typically this would be for very large scale deployments, service providers, or cloud infrastructure. Elite subscriptions provide the ability to construct the equivalent of a site license. Elite subscriptions are priced on a case-by-case basis.

Enterprise Subscriptions are designed for companies who are using Gluster to support mission critical applications where IT disruptions have the potential to severely impact business operations. Enterprise subscribers have 24x7 access to Gluster service experts for Priority 1 and 2 cases for up to six internal contacts. Enterprise subscribers also include remote installation and monitoring services to ensure smooth initial configuration and ongoing operations.

Professional Subscriptions are designed for companies with production Gluster deployments looking to maximize their investment with access to cost effective support from Gluster experts. Professional subscribers can submit unlimited cases and receive both phone and remote access support.

Basic Subscriptions are designed for companies who desire access to new releases and updates but will primarily support Gluster deployments with internal resources. A typical basic subscriber has sufficient in-house expertise and resources such that community and other subscriber network support forums meet their needs. Basic subscribers are eligible to purchase additional professional services if the need arises.

We also offer a 60-day Proof of Concept (POC) designed for companies who are looking for comprehensive assistance and consulting to ensure a speedy and successful trial of Gluster. Gluster support staff will work closely with you throughout this evaluation and test process saving time and lowering risk as you use the product in an environment directly related to your production implementation. During the 60 days you will have direct access to Gluster support engineers from architecture and design through testing and tuning.
