Two Day Installation

Get your Gluster deployed quickly and right the first time. With two day installation services Gluster experts will take your staff through the installation and configuration process, providing recommendations and expert advice through remote access and direct phone support to the services team.

Custom Professional Services

These engagements may be provided by Gluster Professional Services or authorized Gluster Partners. These engagements are billed on a daily basis, may cover an unlimited range of topics, and may include customer specific background research and deliverables.

Advisory Support

Advisory support entitles you to live conversation with Gluster experts and remote access about best practices. Advisory support focuses on best practices and is limited to existing knowledge that can be transferred in the moment of a live conversation. Customer-specific background research and/or creation of any new deliverables are out of scope for advisory support. Advisory support is grouped into a fixed number of hours per year and is offered in 8 or 24 hour packages.
